A list of Directors or Members of the respective entities is available for inspection at the registered office. In addition, all statutory directors and principals of the above-named companies are listed on the Companies House website. The term ‘Member’ is used to refer to a statutory member and principal of any of the above-named limited liability partnerships as registered at Companies House. Any other designations that include the term ‘Partner’ or ‘Director’ are not necessarily registered statutory directors or principals of the registered entities.
