About Caroline

Caroline is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the teams in Sutton, Farnham and Guildford offices. Her focus is on delivering strategic and administrative services, optimising business processes, and enabling our client-facing teams to dedicate more time to exceptional client service delivery.

She started Shaw Gibbs (formerly Harmer Slater Limited) in February 2019 and has experience in IT Support and Development where she worked for 10 years before joining HS.

Outside of work, she is passionate about exercising and a keen runner having completed four half marathons. She also loves attending concerts and festivals and is an avid Arsenal fan. Spending time with friends and family and watching her son play football and rugby are her top weekend pursuits.
