Clair’s experience has been generated through 20 years in practice. Over this time Clair has worked closely with clients operating in corporate and not for profit environments. Clair enjoys the technical aspect of the application of tax legislation to make sure clients are compliant, and the practical application to make sure that they are tax efficient. Tax is integral to each structure and to every transaction and Clair specialises in advising on the vital areas of corporate tax and international VAT. Clair advises on tax reliefs and heads up the R&D Tax team for the Shaw Gibbs Group.

Clair works with businesses in a variety of sectors including newly established technology focussed companies, property companies, and inward and outbound investing businesses who need international tax and structuring advice.  Through representing Alliotts at AUS UK Chamber of Commerce events, Clair now works with a number of Australian companies.
