About Gareth

Gareth is a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) with over 20 years’ experience in tax. He advises a wide range of clients, specialising in corporate tax matters including restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, demergers, property tax, employee share schemes, and EIS/SEIS planning. He also supports owner-managed businesses and provides inheritance tax guidance, helping clients navigate complex structures to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Gareth enjoys live music, travel, and walking up the occasional mountain.
