At the tail end of 2021 Mary West from the Money Consultancy came into our Oxford office, offering Employee Mortgage advice for all employees.

The Employee Mortgage Advice Service from The Money Consultancy provides a simple, free way to help employees through this process, whilst saving valuable time for your company, as well as motivating and retaining talent by offering them genuinely useful perks and benefits.

A range of employees met with Mary to discuss potential mortgage arrangements/ gain some mortgage advice whether this was staircasing, buy to let or first time buying.

Rachael Leach comments ‘ Mary was fantastic. She was able to give us advice on a buy to let mortgage versus a standard mortgage. She was able to find rates for us based on basic information which gave us the motivation we needed to get on and save for our deposit.
